Transfer-pricing: Extension to the Deadline for the submission of Corporate Income Tax Return and Summary Information Table for the year 2022 and 2023

Παράταση ημερομηνίας υποβολής Δήλωσης Εισοδήματος, από πρόσωπα τα οποία έχουν υποχρέωση υποβολής Συνοπτικού Πίνακα Πληροφοριών Ελεγχόμενων Συναλλαγών, για τα έτη 2022 και 2023

Το Τμήμα Φορολογίας ενημερώνει ότι, το Υπουργικό Συμβούλιο αποφάσισε όπως δοθεί παράταση στην ημερομηνία υποβολής της Φορολογικής Δήλωσης Εισοδήματος, από πρόσωπα τα οποία έχουν υποχρέωση υποβολής Συνοπτικού Πίνακα Πληροφοριών Ελεγχόμενων Συναλλαγών, για τα έτη 2022 και 2023 ως ακολούθως:

Δήλωση Εισοδήματος για το έτος 2022:Παράταση μέχρι την 28η Φεβρουαρίου 2025

Δήλωση Εισοδήματος για το έτος 2023:Παράταση μέχρι την 30η Νοεμβρίου 2025

Extension of date of submission of Income Declaration, from persons who have an obligation to submit a Summary Table of Controlled Transactions Information, for the years 2022 and 2023

The Department of Taxation informs that the Council of Ministers decided to extend the due date for the submission date of the Income Tax Return, by persons who have obligation to submit a Summary Information Table of Controlled Transactions for the years 2022 and 2023 as follows:

Income Tax Return for the year 2022: Extension until the 28^th February 2025

Income Tax Return for the year 2023: Extension until the 30^th November 2025
