IMPORTANT UPDATE
Improvements to Our Invoicing Process
Dear Customer,
As part of our ongoing commitment to improving our services and making our processes more efficient, we are pleased to introduce an enhanced invoicing system, effective 1 August.
WHAT’S CHANGING Weekly invoices — every Monday. Invoices will be issued and sent each Monday. The first dispatch under the new schedule takes place on Monday, 10 August. Statement of Account — every 15 days. A Statement of Account will be sent every 15 days, on a Tuesday, giving you regular updates on your balance and clearer visibility of your account. |
These improvements are designed to deliver a more organized process, clearer communication, and greater convenience for all our customers.
