By a decree of the Council of Ministers dated 15 February 2024 the deadline for the submission of the Corporate Income Tax Return for the year 2022 by those companies that carry out transactions with connected parties and are obligated to prepare and submit a Summary Information Table is extended until 30 November 2024.
